IBeelk PVT LTD Returns Policy

We wish our customers to be satisfied with the products ordered from the Ibeelk store. Ibeelk accepts the return products from customers in original condition, non-damaged, and with all the tags attached to the product. The customer shall request for return or refund within 3 days from the delivery date. Delivery charge is not refundable. Upon receipt of the returned package, Ibeelk reserves the right to refuse a refund if the customer does not meet the return policy requirements.

To request the return of the goods purchased at ibeelk.com, the buyer shall notify Ibeelk through the chatbox. Ibeelk will process the request within 1 business day. Once approve the return request, the buyer shall pack the product securely and send it to the ibeelk store at his own cost. Ibeelk shall refund through bank transfer upon receiving the product at the ibeelk store.   

Ibeelk does not offer free return delivery. Customers are strongly advised to insure your return and get proof of delivery in case of lost the package in transit.
