Return Policy

What is the return policy?

Items sold on iBeeLk are covered by either 7 Days 14 days return. The applicable return policy indicates the number of calendar days in which the return of the item would be valid.

The return policy applicable for each item can be found on the right side of the Product page.

Aside from the coverage of the return policy, you must consider the reason you are returning the item. Below are the acceptable reasons for returning items on iBeeLk.

If you wish to return items but it’s return coverage has ended, we suggest that you check that warranty status of your item and redeem it by contacting the manufacture directly.

Refunds Policy

Issuance of Refunds

If your product is eligible for a refund, you can choose your preferred refund method based on the table below. The shipping fee is refunded along with the amount paid for your returned product.

The time required to complete a refund depends on the refund method you have selected. Once we have received your product (2-3 working days) and it has undergone a quality control (1-2 working days), the expected refund processing times are as follows:

  • Please note that this policy does not apply to iBeeLk Global products.

  • Debit or Credit Card Debit or Credit Card Payment Reversal 5-7 working days
  • iBeeLk Voucher Refund Voucher 1-2 working days

Important Note: The Voucher discount code can only be applied once. The leftover amount will not be refunded or used for next purchase even if the value of order is smaller than voucher value.
